Jimmy Anklesaria
Founder and Chairman
Jimmy Anklesaria, F.C.A., LL.B., is the founder of ANKLESARIA, the world’s leading Total Cost Solutions Managed Service and SAAS company. Anklesaria is the recipient of the Institute of Supply Chain Management’s (ISM) 2022 Shipman Award. The award, created in 1931, is ISM’s most esteemed honor and is presented annually to an individual who personally contributes to the advancements of purchasing and supply management while providing assistance and guidance to other professionals.
He is the author of Supply Chain Cost Management: The AIM & DRIVE® Process for Achieving Extraordinary Results (AMACOM, 2007) and is co-author of Zero-Base Pricing: Achieving World-Class Competitiveness Through Reduced All-In-Cost with David N. Burt and Warren E. Norquist. Mr. Anklesaria holds the international service mark for the AIM & DRIVE® process. He has published several articles and cases in leading purchasing and financial journals and texts in the United States and abroad.
In Anklesaria’s 34-year career in procurement and supply chain, his passions gravitated to education and philanthropy. Since 1985, he has taught graduate, undergraduate, and executive courses in strategic cost management, finance, and investments at the University of San Diego (USD), where he was named Outstanding Professor of the Year. He has also lectured in strategic cost management at the Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago, Michigan State University, University of Southern California, Arizona State University, and several others.
One of the world’s most sought-after speakers on cost management, Anklesaria has positively influenced the procurement transformation process at numerous Fortune 500 companies resulting in cost savings of several billions of dollars. He has a unique ability to provide practical solutions to complex business problems and has been the keynote speaker and workshop leader for numerous organizations and companies. Anklesaria is a mentor to chief procurement officers and emerging professionals alike in the field of supply chain management.
Anklesaria currently teaches a graduate course in supply chain cost management at the Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego (UCSD) where he founded the Institute of Supply Excellence and Innovation and established the Jimmy Anklesaria Endowed Chair for Supply Chain Management. He also established the Anklesaria Family Supply Chain Innovation Endowed Fund at the Jacob’s School of Engineering and the Anklesaria Endowed Fellowship at the Rady School of Management at UCSD. Mr. Anklesaria is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, holds a law degree and an MBA.
Thomas Thekkethala is the Chief Executive Officer overseeing the company’s business strategy, development, and execution.
He is an entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist with over twenty-five years of experience in financing and leading global technology companies.
He is also the founder and Managing Partner of TOLIMA, which invests and provides advisory services to disruptive innovation technology companies in AI, Cloud Computing and Digital Engagement.
Prior to TOLIMA, he was the co-founder and Managing Partner of JT Ventures, which focused on investing and mentoring early-stage technology companies through their growth and successful acquisitions. Investments included CrosStor (acquired by EMC), Allegro (acquired by Cisco Systems: CSCO), Fidelia (acquired by NetScout: NTCT), Ibrix (acquired by HP) & Sixth Sense Media (acquired by Evolving: EVOL). He has been Founder, CEO and CTO at multiple private and public technology companies during his career where he developed the company’s vision, product, market and technology strategy and led the company’s business development and M&A leading to the companies’ growth and acquisitions.
Mr. Thekkethala received his Masters’ degree from the McKelvey School of Engineering at Washington University where he was also an adjunct faculty member for over five years and has spoken at numerous software and telecom industry conferences worldwide.
He is passionate about children’s education as a catalyst to change lives and uplift communities and founded Learn for Life Foundation, a non-profit organization, focused on educating disadvantaged children in developing countries and communities.
Oliver Rossi
Chief Product Officer
Oliver Rossi has been with ANKLESARIA since 2000 and is a member of the Leadership Team where he works with all aspects of the education and consulting practices.
His responsibilities include development and management of key accounts, instructor of the Anklesaria Cost Management Toolkit and facilitator of Customer-Supplier Cost Management Workshops using the AIM&DRIVE® process.
Oliver Rossi has worked on projects with numerous companies including Royal Dutch Shell, Chevron, BP, Freeport-McMoRan, Capital One, Deutsche Telekom, Hewlett Packard and Motorola.
Oliver has also lectured in Strategic Cost Management and Supply Market Analysis at the University of San Diego and is a native French speaker. He has a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego, and a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
Ryan Furnell

Ryan Furnell is a seasoned professional in supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Vice President – Sales at ANKLESARIA, an procurement cost management company specializing in supply chain cost management solutions.
In this role, he has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that enhance supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness for various organizations. His expertise encompasses performance-based contracting, a topic on which he has provided valuable insights to procurement professionals.
In April 2021, Ryan contributed his knowledge to the Committee on Security of America’s Medical Product Supply Chain, discussing innovation and technology considerations in manufacturing processes of the future. His participation underscored his commitment to advancing supply chain practices in critical sectors.
Throughout his career, Ryan has demonstrated a dedication to continuous improvement and thought leadership in supply chain management. His work with ANKLESARIA and contributions to industry discussions have solidified his reputation as a key figure in the field.
Edee Dunning
SVP Customer Relations
Edee Dunning recently joined ANKLESARIA as Senior VP of Customer Relations after spending over 40 years in Risk Management in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry. She is a member of the Sr. Leadership team working in all aspects of Customer Relations and Project Management.
She has extensive experience in the area of Leadership and Underwriting as Vice President of Middle Market for the Mountain West region at Travelers Insurance along with experience in claim, auditing risk consulting and underwriting. Her decades of insurance experience working closely with independent agents on all aspects of Commercial Insurance including customer relationships, training and leading a team of Underwriters, Operating Officers and Insurance Operations has provided her with extensive business acumen in many industries.
Edee has an MBA from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Oregon. She earned a Chartered Insurance Counselors and Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriting designations
In addition to her professional achievements, Edee is known for her commitment to customer-centric strategies and her ability to foster strong client relationships, contributing significantly to ANKLESARIA’s success in delivering value to its clients.
Trevor Baumel
SVP Strategy
Trevor serves as Senior Vice President, Strategy. Offering more than two decades of executive procurement leadership, his experience spans the electronics industry, material science, and wholesale distribution.
In all his roles, Trevor balances his zeal for cost savings with the need to mitigate risk and foster a collaborative relationship with both suppliers and customers. For example, Trevor drove a product re-engineering project that eliminated material risk, exceeded customer performance requirements, and reduced delivered lead time by a factor of 3X.
Trevor started his career at Future Electronics, before working for Celestica, and Corning Switzerland. Most recently, he worked for Wesco International from 2016 to 2024.
Trevor holds a B.A. Honours Economics from the University of Western Ontario, and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening with his wife and hanging out with his two rescue cats.
Rob Case
SVP Services
Rob is ANKLESARIA’s Senior Vice President and has been with the company for almost 2 decades. He has been responsible for developing the company’s online courses, and has led ANKLESARIA workshops around the world and across a wide range of industries.
Rob has received accolades from participants who have attended his workshops owing to his easy style and in-depth knowledge of supply chain management.

Conroy Fernandes

Conroy Fernandes is the Director of Managed Services, currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with over 5 years of experience with ANKLESARIA.
He has assisted with the development of ANKLESARIA’s workshops, delivered customised workshops to clients and lead projects using ANKLESARIA Methodologies, Processes and Models to generate millions in cost savings across clients like LyondellBasell, TE Connectivity, Woolworths, among others.
Conroy has played an important role in the development of the AIM&DRIVE platform over the past 5 years. He has overseen the successful implementation of the platform across multiple clients bringing structure and sustainability to their strategic cost management efforts.
Sheetal Jain
Director – Service Delivery
Sheetal Jain leads the service delivery, financial analysis practice and operational excellence initiatives at ANKLESARIA.
With an overall experience of 18+ years, she has expertise in strategy, operations, project and change management across diverse industries including technology, consulting, and retail banking. She has a proven track record in achieving operational efficiencies, effective budget management, and implementing cost optimization strategies for the companies she has worked for in the past.
Sheetal has completed her Post Graduation in Management from the Indian School of Business, majoring in Finance and Strategy.
Lennold D’Almeida
Director – Operations
Lennold D’Almeida is a seasoned professional, with over 23 years of work experience, having a diverse background in computer engineering, digital design, animation, advertising, business development and entrepreneurship.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well a Master of Computer Applications with specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Neural Networks.
He currently serves as the Director of Operations at ANKLESARIA, assisting in the process of delivering supply chain cost management solutions. In his role at ANKLESARIA, Lennold has been instrumental in advancing the company’s initiatives. Notably, he has played a key role in developing the internship programs, with significant milestones achieved.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Lennold is deeply committed to social causes, particularly in the realm of human rights activism. He is also dedicated to education, serving as a teacher and mentor to many.

Susan was the CPO, Sourcing Director, Continuous Improvement Manager at United Technologies Corporation for 28+ years and then moved on to become the Vice President, Sourcing, Procurement & Accounts Payable at FedEx Corporation.

GB Singh has over 20 years of technical and executive leadership experience in Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Energy Storage Systems, Microgrid Modelling and integration with renewables, Gas Turbines, Gas Engines, Digital Twin Automation and IIOT.

David Brady
Retired, RVP Operations at WESCO Distribution
David P. Brady is a seasoned Senior Manager with extensive experience in the distribution and supply chain sectors. He is recently retired from WESCO Distribution Inc, a Fortune 200 company with revenues exceeding $20B, where he held roles as RVP Operations, Director Supply Chain, Corporate Operations Controller and Group Controller over an eighteen year career.
David’s career at WESCO began in 2005 as Group Operations Controller, where he managed Canadian financial operations and compliance. His role expanded to Corporate Operations Controller in 2010, providing financial oversight and driving operational policies. In 2014, he became the Director of Supply Chain for WESCO Canada, overseeing national distribution centers and procurement operations.
Before joining WESCO, David held key roles at TRI-ED Inc., leading operations and IT functions, and at various other companies in materials and operations management. He has a proven track record of financial stewardship, efficiency-focused leadership, and data-informed decision-making.
David’s academic credentials include a Ph.D. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, an MBA and BBA from Schulich School of Business (York University), and certifications as a CPA (Ontario) and CMA (Ontario). He is also trained in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
